Notice of updates to Punktum dk services Oct 4, 2023 10:00-11:00 CEST
On Wednesday, October 4, 2023, Punktum dk will perform updates to the following services between 10:00 CEST and 11:00 CEST:

• Registrant self-service portal to version 5.18.0

No service downtime is expected during these updates.

The following issues are included:

• Removed option for current registrant to enter user id of new registrant during domain transfer flow. Instead only entering email address for new registrant will be supported. This is done to ensure that transfer requests are adressed to the intended receiver.
• Allow recipient of domain transfer request to select existing user id matching the email address where the transfer request was received. If no existing user id matches an new user can be created.
• Added user dialog related to end of NemID support October 31, 2023.
• Improved exception handling during MitID flow
• Various minor error and layout corrections

Investigating - Some users attempting to perform login to our self-service portal using MitID on behalf of company are experiencing errors when doing so.
Our service provider has been notified and is currently in the process of troubleshooting the root cause for this issue.

Punktum.dk's network is experiencing a technical issue.

This affects our administrative services, the availability authoritative dns servers and the zone are not affected but updates ma are not affected but updates may not be possible at the moment.

Scheduled - We will be implementing important bug-fixes in central components in our production environment regarding internal financial processes September 21th 2023 06:00 CEST – 07:30 CEST. The update itself is expected to take approximately 45-60 minutes and will be implemented within this time frame.

During the update process, the following actions will be either unavailable or queued:
- Activation of domain (accept of terms and conditions and the registrant has to be ID-controlled if required)
- Manual renewal of domain name
- Change of name servers for domain name
- Change registrar for domain name
- Cancel/delete domain name
- Undo cancel/delete domain name
- Restore domain name from suspension due to automatic expiration/cancellation
- Change ownership of domain name
- Change period for domain name
- Merge subscription periods
- Change proxy contact for domain name
- Change billing contact for domain name
- Creation of nameserver, if the appointed name server administrator is a new user
- Adoption of payer role for a given domain as registrar
- VID service addition and removal
- Cancel and update of waiting list position
- Update of new users/contacts

The .dk name service will not be affected by this update.

Investigating - Dear subscriber

Due to an internal network connectivity issue, customers are experiencing issues with payments using Self-Service Portal, Registrar Portal and EPP.

We are currently investigating the issue and will return with updates once the issues are resolved.
