Following the release of EPP version 4.12.0 on January 15, 2025, we have identified an issue affecting some users. Specifically, a sequence error has been observed in relation to poll messaging.

Investigating -
We are currently investigating an issue in our self-service system affecting the ID check process for registrants. This problem stems from a disruption between the Self Service portal and a third-party supplier, preventing ID checks for registrants not using MitID.
We are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Updates will be posted to the status page as progress is made.
