Between 15:56 CET and 16:00 CET we experienced technical issues due to a temporary database problem.

The .dk name service was not affected by this.

This incident affected: Self-service portal, Registrar portal, Whois (web), Whois (text), Whois API, EPP (Extensible Provisioning Protocol), DSU (DNSSEC Update Service), DAS (Domain Availability Service), and NSU (Name Server Update).
