Punktum dk A/S is pleased to announce the availability of Registrar Portal 4.2.0, containing new features and bug fixes.

The release will be made available in our sandbox and production environments on Thursday, October 30, 2025

Changes Included
• Allow usage of REG-handles as proxy and name server administrator
• Ability to specify sole proprietorship status on registrar handled contacts
• Select preferred communication channel (e-mail and/or epp poll) for specific message types
• Syntax validation of phone numbers added to contact create and contact update flows

Upcoming Releases
• On Monday, November 3, 2025 our WHOIS-related services will be updated to begin publishing registrant email addresses of companies, organizations, and public entities in compliance with the NIS2 Directive, ensuring transparency and accessibility for communication and incident reporting. Sole proprietorships are exempt from this requirement.
