.dk zone: p.nic.dk name server not being updated as expected

Resolved

The issue was corrected yesterday April 4th approx. 19.00 CEST and was due to network problems in the transit path to the p.nic.dk .dk zone distribution server. Unfortunately this was not within our nor our solution providers control.

For the time being p.nic.dk will not be reinstated as authoritative name server for the .dk zone.

Update

We've requested the delegation of .dk to p.nic.dk to be removed from the root servers by IANA. p.nic.dk was removed from the .dk zone itself yesterday.

Unfortunately one of the name servers, p.nic.dk, servicing the .dk top-level domain is again experiencing technical difficulties and is not being updated with new zone information as expected.
