We will perform emergency maintenance on the EPP service on Thursday, June 4th, between 06:00 and 07:00 CEST.

During this maintenance window, we will update the timeout configuration on the load balancer in front of our EPP servers. The change increases the timeout from 60 seconds to 5 minutes.

The purpose of the change is to reduce the risk of client-side timeouts during longer-running EPP commands, including domain transfer operations.

We do not expect a prolonged service interruption, but brief connection interruptions or reconnects may occur during the maintenance window. If your EPP connection is interrupted, please reconnect and retry the command.

We apologize for the short notice and any inconvenience this may cause.
